Year 5 had a brilliant lesson, learning about the Notting Hill Carnival and it’s impact on the Windrush generation. We looked at how it celebrates Caribbean culture, and then made our own outfits and enjoyed a delicious carnival spirited lunch of traditional Caribbean dishes.
